Update Trail 2023

This page changes dynamically and here we announce the state of the route and the possible options for those who go ahead or who are interested.

The basic route remains the same as shown in the map below, with its variants. In parallel, we are preparing other options for both the competition and the trail network Nomad-Trails.

At this moment, the second part of the route starting from Dimieni on the option next to the railway is easier to practise (see the options on the Nomad-Trails page).
In the first part of the route, the belt has to be passed and we still have to pave, and waste collection in Otopeni and Tunari. Instead, I just finished cleaning the fort and there are only small adjustments left (to rebuild the bridge and widen the paths)
On the classic version, that is, after the airport on the field, we intersect with the new belt of the capital and there we have all the support of the Ministry of Transport and of the builder for a crossing and appropriate arrangement in case we use this option.
We are having discussions with the authorities for the cleaning and development of the Tunari and Otopeni area. After Dimieni and after the Ghica Palace, the route is superb and has small changes that can be easily followed until Snagov.
